Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using this website, booking an appointment, or opting into SMS messages from Clean Culture Barbershop LLC ("Clean Culture Barbershop"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Appointments

• Booked appointments hold a specific chair time. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early.
• If you're running late, call us. After 15 minutes we may need to reschedule or shorten your service.
• Cancellations made at least 2 hours before your appointment are free. No-shows more than twice may be asked for a deposit on future bookings.
• Prices are posted at the chair and on the website. Add-ons may apply for design work or extra length.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. Gratuity is optional and always appreciated.

4. SMS program terms

Our SMS program sends appointment reminders and, if you separately opt in, occasional promotions to the mobile number you provide.

• Consent: By opting in during booking, you agree to receive SMS messages from Clean Culture Barbershop at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: Up to 4 messages per appointment; promotional messages capped at 4 per month.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages.
• Help: Reply HELP or email us at cleanculturebarbershop@gmail.com.
• Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use our site or SMS program to harass, defraud or harm anyone. Don't reverse-engineer, scrape or overload our systems. We reserve the right to refuse service and block abusive numbers.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site (logo, text, photos, designs) is owned by Clean Culture Barbershop LLC or licensed to us. Don't copy or reuse without written permission.

7. Age restriction (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt into our SMS messaging program or to provide a mobile phone number to Clean Culture Barbershop. By opting in to SMS messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book services on your behalf and opt in to any SMS communications on your behalf. We will cancel SMS enrollment for any number we learn belongs to a minor.

8. Liability

We provide haircut and grooming services with reasonable care. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Washington.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site or SMS program means you accept the updated terms.
